The invention provides an improved steel cable fixing structure of an anti-falling net, and the structure comprises a base provided with a protruding column body, the protruding column body protrudesout of the surface of the base, the upper surface of the protruding column body is provided with a first through hole perpendicular to the surface of the base, and the first through hole penetrates through the base; the cover body is used for covering the upper edge of the protruding column body, the cover body is provided with a groove, the inner wall of the groove is provided with a plurality ofprotruding blocks, and the protruding blocks are distributed on the two side edges of the inner wall of the cover body respectively; when the cover body covers the protruding column body, the top ofeach protruding block abuts against the upper surface of the protruding column body, so that the groove can only cover part of the upper edge of the protruding column body, and at the moment, a long-strip-shaped gap is formed among the surface of the base, the cover body and one side wall of the protruding column body. The long-strip-shaped gap is used for containing a steel cable, and the steel cable is wound and fixed in the long-strip-shaped gap.
