The invention relates to an electric driving device. The technical main points of the invention are that the electric driving device comprises a mounting disc, a rotary disc connected with the mounting disc in a relative rotating mode, a mounting base arranged on the mounting disc and a first motor arranged on the mounting base, wherein a motor shaft is arranged on the first motor; the electirc driving device comprises a rotating block which is rotatably arranged on the mounting base; the electirc driving device also comprises a clutch device which is arranged between the rotating block and the motor shaft and driven by the motor shaft to enable the rotating block to be combined with the motor shaft, wherein the motor shaft is separated from the clutch device after rotating reversely, andthe rotating block rotates to drive the clutch device to be separated from the rotating block after the motor shaft is separated from the clutch device; the electirc driving device also comprises a transmission device which is driven by the rotating block to drive the turntable to rotate. The invention further relates to a roller shutter which comprises a mounting cross rod, a rolling door and twooppositely-arranged door frames; a reel is arranged on the mounting cross rod, an auxiliary spring is arranged on the mounting cross rod, the mounting cross rod is sleeved with the mounting disc, andthe edge of the upper end of the rolling door is fixed to the outer circle of the rotary disc. The device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and small in size.
