The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, and discloses an under-glaze color ceramic tile with different colors along with angles and a preparation process thereof. The ceramic tile comprises a biscuiting blank, a color-changing ground coat, a transparent glaze and a pearlescent pigment, wherein the raw materials of the color-changing ground coat comprise quartz, calcined alumina,boric acid and a coloring agent, the coloring agent is a ceramic pigment and comprises a cobalt black pigment, an iron black pigment and the like, the pearlescent pigment comprises a natural mica titanium pearlescent pigment and a synthetic mica titanium pearlescent pigment which have different colors along with angles, and the natural mica titanium pearlescent pigment or the synthetic mica titanium pearlescent pigment is not molten in the color-changing ground coat at the firing temperature of lower than 850 DEG C. According to the invention, the pearlescent pigment is used as an underglaze color for firing. The invention further provides the under-glaze color ceramic tile with the different colors along with the angles of observation, the prepared under-glaze color ceramic tile with thedifferent colors along with the angles of observation can generate different colors, and the under-glaze color ceramic tile with the different colors along with the angles of observation has good weather resistance and long service life.
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域，本发明公开了一种随角异色釉下彩瓷砖及其制备工艺。包括素烧坯、变色底釉、透明釉和珠光颜料；所述变色底釉的原料包括石英、煅烧氧化铝、硼酸和着色剂，所述着色剂为陶瓷色料，包括钴黑色料和铁黑色料等；所述珠光颜料包括具有随角异色效果的天然云母钛珠光颜料和合成云母钛珠光颜料，所述天然云母钛珠光颜料或合成云母钛珠光颜料在低于850℃的烧制温度时不熔融于所述变色底釉。本发明将所述珠光颜料作为釉下彩进行烧制；本发明还提出了一种采用上述制备工艺的所述随角异色釉下彩瓷砖，制得的所述的随角异色釉下彩瓷砖可随观察角度不同而产生不同的颜色，具有良好的耐候性和使用寿命。
