High-strength prestressed tendon anchoring system and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a high-strength prestressed tendon anchoring system and a construction method thereof. The high-strength prestressed tendon anchoring system comprises a corrugated pipe presetin a bridge concrete structure, a connecting sleeve, a base plate, a high-strength prestressed tendon penetrating through the corrugated pipe, a nut screwed on the high-strength prestressed tendon, and a spiral tendon located outside the corrugated pipe.Cement paste is poured into the corrugated pipe after the high-strength prestressed tendon is tensioned. The outer surface of the corrugated pipeis of a spiral corrugated structure, the connecting sleeve is provided with a threaded inner wall, hermetically screwed at the end of the corrugated pipe and fixedly connected with the base plate, and a sealing structure is formed at the contact position. The connecting sleeve and the corrugated pipe are connected in a screwing manner; along with tightening between the connecting sleeve and the corrugated pipe, a sealing structure is formed between the connecting sleeve and the corrugated pipe, a good sealing effect is achieved after connection, the base plate and the connecting sleeve are fixedly connected in a sealed mode, and therefore leakage into the corrugated pipe during bridge concrete pouring is avoided, the corrugated pipe is prevented from being blocked, and high-strength prestressed tendons are ensured to be punched smoothly.
