The invention provides a bridge anchoring pier vertical prestressed tendon penetrating and tensioning construction method which comprises the following steps that in bearing platform construction, pre-burying of a U-shaped pipeline located on a bearing platform is completed, and a steel wire rope is arranged in the U-shaped pipeline; a scaffold with a plurality of operation platforms is erected above the bearing platform, and a stiff framework connected with the U-shaped pipeline is arranged in a fence cavity formed by the scaffold; mounting a corrugated pipe; the prestressed tendon pulling in the U-shaped pipeline and the corrugated pipe is completed in sequence according to the mode of bottom integral pulling and middle-upper single strand pulling; constructing a pier column and a main beam; pre-stressed tendons formed by the multiple penetrated pre-stressed tendons are tensioned in a grading mode; and pre-stressed duct grouting and anchor sealing are conducted. According to the method, by means of the mode of bottom overall strand penetrating and middle-upper single strand penetrating, winding and twisting among all strands of steel strands are reduced, and the construction quality is improved. The traction speed, the starting action and the stopping action are easy to control, the traction exposure length can be adjusted, operability is high, construction efficiency is high, and safety and high efficiency are achieved.
本发明提供了桥梁锚固墩竖向预应力筋穿束张拉施工方法,包括以下步骤,承台施工中完成位于承台的U形管道的预埋,所述U形管道内有钢丝绳;于承台上方搭设带有若干操作平台的脚手架,所述脚手架形成的围挡腔内设有与U形管道相接的劲性骨架;安装波纹管;按照底部整体穿束,中上部单股穿束的方式,依次完成U形管道内以及波纹管内的预应力筋穿束;墩柱和主梁施工;对若干个穿束的预应力筋形成的预应力束进行在分级张拉;预应力孔道压浆和封锚。本发明中,利用底部整体穿束,中上部单股穿束的方式,减少了每股钢绞线间缠绕打绞,提高施工质量。本发明牵引速度、开始和停止动作易控制,牵引外露长度可调节,操作性强,施工效率高且安全高效。
