Pier body heat preservation method
The invention relates to a pier body heat preservation method. The method comprises the steps that 1 a plurality of formwork blocks are assembled into a formwork, a structural part with an inner cavity is defined by the formwork, and then a hard foam polyurethane foam layer with the thickness being at least 30 mm is sprayed on the surface of the outer wall of the formwork; 2 after the rigid foam polyurethane foam on the formwork is hardened, the thickness of a rigid foam polyurethane foam layer on the formwork and the surface damage condition are checked; if the foam is damaged or the thickness is low, supplementary spraying is conducted, and a formwork sprayed with the foam is obtained for standby application; 3 the formwork sprayed with the foam is placed in a pier body construction site, concrete is poured into the formwork, and heat preservation is conducted on the pier body through the formwork, wherein the heat conductivity coefficient of the hard foam polyester foam is 0.018 W/(m.k) to 0.024 W/(m.k); the hard foam polyester foam has an adhesive strength of 0.1 MPa or more. The method is good in heat preservation effect, and has the advantages of being simple in construction,capable of being recycled for multiple times, high in safety, uniform in pier body environment temperature, low in energy consumption and the like.
本发明涉及一种墩身保温的方法,包括以下步骤:步骤1、将多个模板块组装成模板,所述模板围设成具有内腔的结构件,然后在所述模板外壁表面上喷涂至少30mm的硬泡聚氨酯泡沫层;步骤2、待模板上的硬泡聚氨酯泡沫硬化后,检查模板上的硬泡聚氨酯泡沫层厚度及表面破损情况;若泡沫出现破损或厚度偏低则进行补喷,得到喷涂泡沫的模板,备用;步骤3、将喷涂泡沫的模板置于墩身施工场地,混凝土浇筑模板,模板对墩身进行保温;其中,硬泡聚酯泡沫的导热系数为0.018W/(m·k)~0.024W/(m·k);硬泡聚酯泡沫的粘结强度为0.1MPa以上。该方法保温效果良好,具有施工简单,可多次循环使用,安全性高,墩身环境温度均匀,能耗低等优点。
