Device for treating soft soil foundation with lime-soil compaction pile combined with electroosmosis method and construction method
The invention discloses a device for treating a soft soil foundation with a lime-soil compaction pile combined with an electroosmosis method and a construction method. The device comprises a lime-soilcompaction pile, an electroosmotic system, and a water draining system. The electroosmotic system is mainly composed of negative and positive electrodes which are driven into soil body, a direct current power supply used to provide a direct current for the negative and positive electrodes, and a water pump used to discharge water from a field near the negative electrode and positive electrodes. The negative and the positive electrodes are distributed around the lime-soil compaction pile. The water draining system is mainly composed of a water draining pipe extending into the lime-soil compaction pile and a vacuum jet pump connected with the water draining pipe and pumping outward. The electroosmosis method is used to reduce the water content in the soft soil foundation, so as to expand the application of the lime-soil compaction pile in collapsible loess areas with high water content and high saturation.
本发明公开了一种灰土挤密桩联合电渗法处理软弱地基的装置及施工方法,包括:灰土挤密桩;所述的电渗系统主要由打入到土体内的阴阳电极、为所述阴阳电极提供直流电的直流电源、用于将阴阳电极附近场地的水排出的水泵组成,其中所述阴阳电极分布在所述灰土挤密桩周围;所述的排水系统主要由伸入到所述灰土挤密桩内的排水管和与所述排水管相连且向外抽吸的真空射流泵组成。通过电渗法降低软土地基中的含水量从而扩大灰土挤密桩在含水量较高,饱和度较大的湿陷性黄土地区的应用。
