The underground sewage dredging treatment equipment comprises a shell device, wherein the shell device comprises a box body; awater inlet and a water outlet are formed in upper and lower ends of the box body correspondingly; washing devices are arranged at two sides of the box body; a platform is arranged at one side of thebox body; a stirring and crushing device is arranged on the platform; a flow guide plate is arranged in the box body; a chopping device is arranged on the flow guide plate; a flow guide pipe, a sliding assembly and a baffle plate are arranged below the flow guide plate in sequence; the bottom of the baffle plate is in contact with an elastic device; the elastic device comprises a top plate; one side of the top plate is in contact with the bottom of the baffle plate; the bottom of the top plate is fixed at the bottom of the box body through two elastic assemblies; a slope plate is arranged at one side of the top plate; and the water outlet penetrates through the upper surface of the slope plate. The underground sewage dredging treatment equipment disclosed by the invention can be used for crushing solid matters in sewage and the crushed solid matters can be directly discharged, so that pipeline blocking is effectively prevented.
