The invention provides an underground sewage pipeline dredging device which comprises a high-pressure cleaning vehicle body, a main water tank, a support, a coil pipe frame, a water spraying pipe, a side supporting plate, a motor, a winding mechanism, a water spraying cleaning mechanism and a synchronous water wiping mechanism, and the main water tank is fixed to the surface of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body; according to the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, the water spraying pipe can be evenly and regularly wound on the outer side of the pipe winding frame, the outer wall of the water spraying pipe can be cleaned while winding is conducted, sewage is prevented from dripping on the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body along with the water spraying pipe, the phenomenon that the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body smells is avoided, and the service life of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body is prolonged. According to the high-pressure cleaning vehicle, the corrosion speed of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body and external parts of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body is slowed down, the service life of the high-pressure cleaning vehicle body is prolonged, cleaning work and winding work are linked, cleaning is started when winding is started, cleaning is stopped when winding is stopped, the timeliness of starting and ending of the cleaning work is improved, and therefore the effect of saving water is achieved; and water resources are greatly saved.
