Method of plugging holes in prefabricated outer wall of fabricated concrete building
The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a method of plugging holes in a prefabricated outer wall of a fabricated concrete building. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, outdoor construction is conducted, specifically, the holes are cleared and the plugging construction hole depth is determined, polyethylene plates are prepared and serve as liners to be arranged in the holes, masking tapes are pasted on the peripheries of the holes, first coat liquid is brushed in the holes, the holes are filled with sealant, and the pasted masking tapes are torn down;and construction is transferred from the outdoor space to the indoor space, specifically, a foaming agent is injected into the holes, and hole openings facing the indoor space are filled with waterproof mortar. Compared with traditional hole plugging, according to the method of plugging the holes in the prefabricated outer wall of the fabricated concrete building, the problem that micro cracks are prone to being generated on the peripheries of the holes is solved, by arranging lining plates, the quantity of the filled sealant is set simply, practically and conveniently, the sealant is set, thus the obtained structure is better in waterproof performance, and the service life is longer.
本发明专利涉及建筑施工,具体涉及装配式混凝土建筑预制外墙孔洞封堵方法,包括以下步骤,首先在室外进行施工,包括:对孔洞进行清理并确定封堵施工孔洞深度;准备聚乙烯板并将聚乙烯板作为衬垫设置于上述孔洞内;在孔洞周沿粘贴美纹纸;在孔洞内涂刷底涂液;向孔洞内填充密封胶;撕下粘贴的上述美纹纸;从室外转移到室内进行施工,包括:向孔洞内注入发泡剂;对朝向室内的孔洞开口填塞防水砂浆。相比于传统的孔洞封堵,本方法解决了孔洞周边易产生细微裂缝的问题,通过设置上述的衬垫板就,简单、实用且方便的设定填充密封胶的量和对密封胶的定型,得到的结构防水性能更好,使用寿命更长。
