Thermoplastic PVDF fluorocarbon powder coated aluminum veneer
The invention discloses a thermoplastic PVDF fluorocarbon powder coated aluminum veneer. The thermoplastic PVDF fluorocarbon powder coated aluminum veneer comprises an aluminum alloy base layer plate,a passive film and a PVDF fluorocarbon powder layer. The production process of the aluminum veneer comprises three parts, namely a sheet metal process, a pretreatment process and a spraying process,according to the aluminum veneer surface coating technology, a one-time-coating two-time-baking process is adopted, that is, after pretreatment is completed and the passive film is formed, baking is conducted for 8-10 minutes at the temperature of 60-100 DEG C to remove tap water and pure water remaining on the plate surface in the pretreatment process to make the aluminum plate reach a state suitable for spraying, and then PVDF fluorocarbon powder is sprayed, and then baking is conducted for 15 minutes at the temperature of 235 DEG C for curing to form the veneer. The new building decorationmaterial product in which the PVDF fluorocarbon powder coating is adopted as the surface coating layer of the aluminum veneer and which is developed through the one-time-coating two-time-baking production process has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, weather resistance and other new properties and is suitable for being applied to coastal or offshore building exterior wall decoration withthe severe environment, and high corrosion and salt fog properties.
本发明公开了一种热塑性PVDF氟碳粉末涂覆铝单板,包括铝合金基层板、钝化膜、PVDF氟碳粉末层。铝单板的生产工艺包括钣金工艺、前处理工艺和喷涂工艺三部分,铝单板表面涂装技术采用“一涂两烤”工艺即前处理完成形成钝化膜后经60~100℃烘烤8min‑10min来去除前处理过程中板面的自来水和纯水残留使铝板达到适合喷涂的状态,然后喷涂PVDF氟碳粉末经235℃烘烤15min固化而成。本发明采用PVDF氟碳粉末涂料作为铝单板的表面涂层并通过“一涂两烤”的生产工艺开发的建筑装饰材料新产品具有良好的耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐候等新性能,较适合在环境恶劣、高腐蚀性和盐雾性的沿海或海上建筑外墙装饰上应用。
