Self-cleaning fluorocarbon aluminum veneer material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a self-cleaning fluorocarbon aluminum veneer material which is characterized by comprising an aluminum substrate layer, a fluorocarbon coating and a surface super-hydrophilic self-cleaning layer which are sequentially arranged from inside to outside, wherein the fluorocarbon coating is formed by electrostatic spraying of a powder coating of the following components in partsby weight: 40-60 parts of quaternary ammonium salt-15 modified vinyl (trifluoromethyl) dimethylsilane/2, 3, 4, 5, 6-pentafluorostyrene/benzotriazole-1-carboxythioacid allyl amide/titanium triisopropoxide methacrylate/glycidyl acrylate copolymer, 2-6 parts of Meso-tetramethyl-meso-tetra-p-aminophenyl calix [4] pyrrole, 1-2 parts of hydrogenated acrylic acid rosin and 3-5 parts of nano titanium dioxide fiber powder. The invention further provides a preparation method of the self-cleaning fluorocarbon aluminum veneer material. The self-cleaning fluorocarbon aluminum veneer material has the advantages of being remarkable in self-cleaning effect, good in chemical resistance stability, abrasion resistance and stripping resistance and high in hardness.
