The lifting falling-preventing devicecomprises a lifting box; guide rails are arranged on the two sides of the lifting box correspondingly, and the upper ends of the inner walls of the two sides of the lifting box are connected with braking air cylinders correspondingly; sliding plugs are arranged in inner cavities in one ends of the braking air cylinders, and one ends of the sliding plugs penetrate through the inner cavities of thebraking air cylinders to extend to one side of the lifting box; one ends of the sliding plugs are fixedly connected with friction blocks, and one sides of the friction blocks are connected with one sides of the guide rails in an attached mode; and falling-preventing air cylinders are arranged above the braking air cylinders. The braking air cylinders are arranged on the two side walls of the lifting box correspondingly, one ends of the braking air cylinders are provided with the friction blocks, one sides of the friction blocks are connected with one sides of the guide rails in the attached mode, force is applied to the friction blocks to enable the friction blocks and the guide rail to rub, and thus the braking effect on the lifting box is achieved so that the safety performance of the device can be effectively improved.
