Method for repairing cracks in wooden structures by using fiber reinforced concrete
The invention discloses a method for repairing cracks in wooden structures by using fiber reinforced concrete. The method includes the following steps that (1) the cracks in the wood structures are marked; (2) a plurality of X-shaped or dumbbell-shaped grooves are ground along the cracks; (3) wood chips and loose parts in the grooves are removed; (4) the fiber reinforced concrete is poured in thegrooves; (5) curing and hardening are carried out; and (6) surface treatment is carried out. According to the method, the advantage of low cost, high tensile strength and easy forming characteristicsof the fiber reinforced concrete are used, the fiber reinforced concrete is used to replace the wood structures to bear the stress state at original crack positions, the defect of low tensile strengthof the wood structures is compensated, and the emergence and development of the cracks can be effectively controlled. The problem that an existing wood structure crack repairing method can cause irreversibly change on the original appearance of a body is solved, the integrity of the original appearance of the wood structures is guaranteed, the improvement of the overall mechanical performance isrealized by making the repaired wood structure into a whole, and the method has the advantages of capable of enabling the deformability of the repaired wood structures to be improved, the service lifeof the repaired wood structures to be prolonged, and the maintenance frequency of the repaired wood structures to be reduced.
