The invention discloses a high-safety installation method of a steel pipe tower of a 5G power transmission tower. The high-safety installation method of the steel pipe tower of the 5G power transmission tower comprises the following steps of preparing an installation tool; providing an elevator, a pulley device and a crane and installing the elevator, the pulley device and the crane in place afterthe steel pipe tower of the 5G power transmission tower is closed; placing a guy cable on a guy expanding trolley by using the crane and expanding the guy cable; installing a traction piece at the high-position end of the guy cable, and connecting the traction piece with a steel wire rope; installing another traction piece at the low-position end of the guy cable, and connecting the traction piece with the steel wire rope; and arranging supporting points on two sides of a tower frame of the steel pipe tower. According to the high-safety installation method of the steel pipe tower of the 5G power transmission tower, steel pipe towers, with different sizes, of the 5G power transmission tower can be installed to the greatest extent through the cooperation of the elevator, the pulley device and the crane, meanwhile, the steel pipe tower does not need to be lifted by an operator, consequently, the work injury condition is avoided, and the installation efficiency is high.
