The method comprises the following steps that a, a power supply receiving module and a biological recognition module are installed on the intelligent lock, authorized biological recognition information is input and stored in the biological recognition module, and power supply equipment is connected with the power supply receiving module of the intelligent lock for power supply and the intelligent lock is activated; b, after the intelligent lock is activated and powered on, the biological recognition information is input on the biological recognition module of the intelligent lock, and an authority verification process is entered; c, the intelligent lock system judges whether the biological recognition information is matched or not, and if matching succeeds, an unlocking instruction is sent to an MCU chip of the intelligent lock; and d, the MCU chip of the intelligent lock controls a servo motor to rotate to open the intelligent lock after receiving the instruction, and unlocking is completed. The unlocking method is high in safety and convenient to operate.
