The invention discloses a hole forming method for an ultra-deep large-diameter pile. The hole forming method comprises the following steps that a rock stratum is drilled by using a rotary drilling machine, then the rock stratum is drilled to a designed elevation by using a full-hydraulic reverse circulation rock drilling machine, and a pile casing is buried to 50 mm in the rock, so that the verticality of the formed hole is effectively ensured, and meanwhile, the condition of hole collapse is avoided. According to the hole forming method for the ultra-deep large-diameter pile, through double-machine linkage hole forming of the rotary drilling machine and the full-hydraulic reverse circulation rock drilling machine, the pile casing is buried to the position 50 cm away from a rock inlet layer, the phenomena of hole deviation, hole collapse, hole channeling and the like caused by uneven distribution of a geological rock face, large overall inclination, a thick rock filling layer, small pile clear spacing and the like are avoided, and it is guaranteed that the hole forming perpendicularity meets the design requirement.
本发明公开了一种超深大直径桩成孔方法,该方法首先通过旋挖机钻进至岩层,再利用全液压反循环凿岩钻机岩层钻进至设计标高,并结合护筒埋设至入岩50mm,有效的保障成孔的垂直度,同时避免出现塌孔的情况。本发明通过旋挖机+全液压反循环凿岩钻机双机联动成孔,使护筒埋设至进岩层50cm,解决了地质岩面分布不均,整体斜度较大,填石层较厚,桩净间距小等情况导致出现偏孔、塌孔、窜孔等现象,保证成孔垂直度达到设计要求。
