Photovoltaic roof system
The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of photovoltaic buildings, and discloses a photovoltaic roof system to improve the disassembly and assembly efficiency of photovoltaic tiles, reduce the installation cost and improve the waterproof effect. A keel and a plurality of photovoltaic tiles which are installed on the keel, installed in an up-down lap joint mode and assembledin a left-right mode are included, a thin film power generation chip is integrated in a power generation body of each photovoltaic tile, and the left side edge and the right side edge of the power generation body of each photovoltaic tile are each provided with a clamping groove piece in a clamped mode. The photovoltaic roof system further comprises an H-shaped slot piece arranged between the twophotovoltaic tiles which are adjacent left and right, and the two clamping slot pieces, close to each other, of the two photovoltaic tiles which are adjacent left and right are correspondingly inserted into two slots of the H-shaped slot piece. According to the structural design, the photovoltaic tiles are simple and convenient to install, so that the disassembly and assembly efficiency of the photovoltaic tiles is improved, the installation cost is reduced, the H-shaped slot pieces can also play a role in seam waterproofing, and thus the waterproof effect of the photovoltaic roof system is improved.
本公开实施例涉及光伏建筑技术领域,公开一种光伏屋面系统,以提高光伏瓦的拆装效率,降低安装成本,并提高防水效果。光伏瓦包括龙骨,以及安装于龙骨上且上下搭装、左右拼装的多个光伏瓦,光伏瓦的发电本体内集成有薄膜发电芯片,且光伏瓦的发电本体的左右两侧边分别卡装有一卡槽件;光伏屋面系统还包括:左右相邻两个光伏瓦之间所设置的工字型插槽件,左右相邻两个光伏瓦的相靠近的两个卡槽件对应插装于工字型插槽件的两个插槽中。该结构设计使得光伏瓦安装较为简便,从而提高了光伏瓦的拆装效率,降低了安装成本,工字型插槽件还可以起到接缝防水的作用,从而提高了光伏屋面系统的防水效果。
