The invention provides a glue-attached water-squeezing roller with a groove, a mopping device adopting the glue-attached water-squeezing roller and environmental sanitation equipment. The glue-attached water-squeezing roller with the groove comprises a rotating drum, wherein the rotating drum is a straight circular pipe body; and at least one rubber roller, wherein the at least one rubber roller covers the outer surface of the pipe body of the rotary drum to form at least one groove, and the groove is sunken towards the rotary drum. An adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the adhesive-attached water-squeezing roller with the groove, so that slipping is prevented; when water is squeezed out of the split type mopping stick, the whole mopping stick can be exactly and completely clamped into the tooth-shaped groove of the glue-attached rotating roller with the groove, on one hand, a good water squeezing effect can be achieved, on the other hand, the supporting and power-assisted rotating effects on the mopping stick are achieved, it is guaranteed that the whole mopping stick rotates synchronously, and the mopping stick is prevented from being squeezed, pulled and deformed; meanwhile, the conveying belts at the two ends of the mopping stick are prevented from being blocked and bounced.
