The invention discloses a cantilever crane structure and a multifunctional environmental sanitation operation vehicle adopting the same. A cantilever crane is used for supporting and guiding a flushing hose on an environmental sanitation vehicle, and stable output of water flow can be guaranteed; the cantilever crane is mounted at the top of the water tank; and the flushing hose directly crosses over a vehicle or an obstacle parked beside the environmental sanitation vehicle from the air to carry out high-pressure flushing on facilities such as sidewalks on the roadside and the like, a water pipe does not rub with the road surface or the obstacle any more, abrasion of the water pipe is reduced, the cantilever crane can flexibly steer, a flushing range of the flushing hose is enlarged, andflushing operation is quite convenient. Besides, during flushing operation, only one person is required to drive the environmental sanitation vehicle to move forwards, and the other person is requiredto operate a spray head to perform flushing operation so that the flushing operation efficiency is greatly improved, and labor cost is reduced. Moreover, when the cantilever crane is in a non-workingstate, the cantilever crane is limited through a toggle clamp and a limiting piece, the cantilever crane is prevented from automatically rotating and extending, driving safety is guaranteed, the structure is simple and reliable, and operation is very convenient.
