The invention discloses a permeable anti-freezing asphalt environment-friendly material which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 0.3-0.5 part of modified cordierite fibers, 0.1-0.3 part of beryllium oxide nano powder, 40-50 parts of coal cinder, 40-50 parts of mineral powder, 0.1-0.2 part of a triazine hyperbranched quaternary ammonium salt surfactant, 3-5parts of modified asphalt, 0.5-1.5 parts of asphalt fibers and 0.1-0.2 part of palygorskite. The invention also provides a preparation method of the permeable anti-freezing asphalt environment-friendly material. The water-permeable anti-freezing asphalt environment-friendly material provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent comprehensive performance and anti-rutting performance, good durability and water permeability, rich raw material sources, and excellent performance stability, anti-freezing performance, water damage resistance and high temperature resistance.
