The invention discloses environment-friendly high-strength concrete utilizing circulating water. The environment-friendly high-strength concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight:900-1100 parts of pebbles, 730-850 parts of sand, 165-225 parts of cement, 125-150 parts of clear water, 35-70 parts of circulating water, 50-60 parts of fly ash, 65-75 parts of mineral powder and 15-22 parts of admixture, wherein the ratio of the circulating water to the clear water is 0.3-0.5. The environment-friendly high-strength concrete has the effect of fully utilizing wastewater generatedin concrete production, saves water resources, reduces emission pollution, and is environmentally friendly and energy-saving.
