The invention relates to the field of environment-friendly concrete, in particular to environment-friendly concrete utilizing recycled water and a preparation method of the environment-friendly concrete. The invention relates to environment-friendly concrete utilizing recycled water, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 80 to 110 parts of recycled water, 55 to 90 parts of clear water, 250 to 265 parts of Portland cement, 70 to 100 parts of admixture, 700 to 800 parts of fine aggregate, 950 to 1100 parts of coarse aggregate and 5 to 9 parts of sulfamate high-efficiency water reducing agent, the admixture at least comprises ceramic polishing powder; the treatment of the recycled water comprises the following steps: collecting the vehicle washing water of the mixer truck; carrying out solid-liquid separation on the car washing water to obtain water to be treated; introducing excessive carbon dioxide into the to-be-treated water, and stirring and mixing for reaction; and after the reaction is completed, obtaining recycled water. The method has the advantage of improving the influence of the recycled water on the performance of the concrete.
