Phosphogypsum plastering mortar and preparation method thereof

The ardealite concrete comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-75 parts ofardealite powder, 1.5-2.5 parts of slaked lime, 2-3 parts of Portland cement, 6-8 parts of vitrified micro bubbles, 3-5 parts of quartz sand, 9-11 parts of heavy calcium carbonate powder, 0.15-0.25 part of an industrial mildew preventive, 0.15-0.25 part of an organosilicon waterproofing agent, 0.15-0.25 part of starch ether, 0.15-0.25 parts of plant protein retarder, 0.15-0.25 parts ofpolyacrylamide, and 0.15-0.25 parts of cellulose with the viscosity being higher than 200,000 units. The industrial mildew preventive and the organic silicon waterproofing agent are both powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing the raw materials in parts by weight; 2, mixing phosphogypsum powder and slaked lime to obtain a mixture, and then finely grinding the mixture to enable the specific surface area of the mixture to reach 600-620 m2/kg; 3, uniformly mixing the finely ground mixture with other raw materials to obtain the phosphogypsum plastering mortar. The phosphogypsum plastering mortar provided by the invention has the advantages of high strength, good constructability, no hollowing, no cracking and the like.
