Phosphogypsum-based plastering mortar
The invention provides ardealite-based plastering mortar which comprises the following components: ardealite beta powder, a blast furnace cinder material, an antibacterial material, starch ether, glass beads, a retarder, a water reducing agent and rubber powder, the invention relates to an antibacterial ardealite composite material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 80-92% of ardealite beta powder, 2-10% of a blast furnace cinder material, 2-4% of an antibacterial material, 0.01-0.5% of starch ether, 2-6% of glass beads, 0.05-1.0% of a retarder, 0.1-1.0% of a water reducing agent and 0.1-0.5% of rubber powder. By adding the antibacterial material, the leaking stoppage material and the refractory material into the ardealite beta powder and blast furnace cinder material base material, the material has good antibacterial, leaking stoppage and refractory properties.
本发明提供了磷石膏基抹灰砂浆,抹灰砂浆包括如下组成成份:磷石膏β粉、高炉烧渣材料、抗菌材料、淀粉醚、玻化微珠、缓凝剂、减水剂和胶粉,组成成份的重量百分比如下:磷石膏β粉80~92%、高炉烧渣材料2~10%、抗菌材料2~4%、淀粉醚0.01~0.5%、玻化微珠2~6%、缓凝剂0.05~1.0%、减水剂0.1~1.0%和胶粉0.1~0.5%。本发明通过在磷石膏β粉、高炉烧渣材料基材中加入抗菌材料、堵漏材料和耐火材料,具有良好的抗菌、堵漏和耐火性能。
