Waste incineration fly ash granulation additive and granulation method thereof
The invention provides a waste incineration fly ash granulation additive and a granulation method thereof. The waste incineration fly ash granulation additive comprises the following raw materials: acomponent A: aluminosilicate-containing minerals; and a component B comprising silica, boric acid, nitrate, carbonate, sulfide and phosphate, wherein the particle size of all the raw materials is notgreater than 200 meshes. The method comprises: fully mixing waste incineration fly ash with the waste incineration fly ash granulation additive component B to prepare a mixture, adding the mixture into a granulator, spraying water mist, and fully stirring until the particle size is increased to 15-20 meshes to obtain semi-finished product particles; then adding the component A, and continuously stirring to prepare a semi-finished ball blank; and feeding the semi-finished ball blank into a rotary kiln for preheating and roasting, and feeding the fired ceramsite into a cooling machine for cooling to obtain the finished ceramsite. According to the method, the waste incineration fly ash is effectively utilized to prepare the ceramsite, environmental pollution caused by the waste incineration fly ash is avoided, and comprehensive utilization of resources is achieved.
本发明提供一种垃圾焚烧飞灰造粒添加剂及其造粒方法,包括以下原料:A组分:含硅铝酸盐的矿物;B组分:硅石、硼酸、硝酸盐、碳酸盐、硫化物、磷酸盐;所有原料的粒径不大于200目。将垃圾焚烧飞灰与垃圾焚烧飞灰造粒添加剂B组分充分混合后制成混料,加入造粒机中喷入水雾并充分搅拌,直至粒度增大至15‑20目,得到半成品颗粒;然后加入A组分继续搅拌制成半成品球坯;将半成品球坯送入回转窑中进行预热和焙烧,将烧制好的陶粒送入冷却机进行冷却得到成品陶粒。本发明将垃圾焚烧飞灰有效利用制成陶粒,对解决垃圾焚烧飞灰环境污染、实现资源综合利用。
