The invention discloses a resourceful treatment method for sludge drying, incineration and granulation, belonging to the technical field of sludge treatment. The method comprises the following steps: crushing dewatered sludge of a sewage plant, sieving the crushed dewatered sludge with a 100-mesh sieve, and taking the crushed construction residue soil as a sludge additive; fully mixing and stirring the sludge and construction residue soil in a stirrer according to a ratio of 1: 1 for 10 minutes; drying the mixture of the mixed sludge and the construction residue soil for 60 minutes at a temperature of 100 DEG C by adopting a drying machine so as to allow the moisture content of the mixture to be reduced to 30%-35%; conducting granulating by using a granulator, wherein a granulation particle size is 8-12 mm; carrying out preheating, wherein a preheating temperature is set to be 300 DEG C, and heat preservation time is set to be 15 minutes; carrying out sintering, wherein a sintering temperature is set to be 1100 DEG C, sintering time is set to be 10 minutes, and after sintering, light aggregate ceramsite with a pore structure inside is formed; and carrying out natural cooling after sintering to obtain a ceramsite product. According to the invention, the use amount of sludge is increased while the mechanical strength of prepared lightweight aggregate is ensured.
