According to the invention, industrial aluminum slag and industrial titanium slag are used as raw materials to prepare an aluminum titanate refractory material with good flexural strength and thermalshock resistance. The industrial aluminum slag and the industrial titanium slag are wide in source and low in price, the resources of aluminum oxide and titanium dioxide in the industrial waste slag are comprehensively utilized, the waste is turned into the wealth, land resources and water resources are protected, the problem of ecological environment pollution is solved, the production cost of enterprises is reduced, and the additional value of the product is increased. The industrial aluminum slag and industrial titanium slag with small granularity are adopted, so reaction activity is relatively high, a sintering temperature is reduced, and heat preservation time is shortened; and magnesium oxide existing in the industrial aluminum slag can be dissolved into aluminum titanate crystal lattices to form an aluminum titanate solid solution, so low-temperature decomposition of aluminum titanate is inhibited, and the thermal shock resistance of aluminum titanate is improved.
本发明以工业铝渣和工业钛渣为原料,制备具有良好的抗折强度和抗热震性能的钛酸铝质耐火材料。工业铝渣和工业钛渣来源广泛、价格低廉,不仅综合利用工业废渣中的氧化铝和二氧化钛的资源,而且实现资源变废为宝,保护土地资源和水资源,解决生态环境污染的问题,同时降低企业生产成本,提供产品的附加值;采用小粒度的工业铝渣和工业钛渣,具有较高的反应活性,降低烧结温度和保温时间;在工业铝渣中存在的氧化镁可以固溶到钛酸铝晶格中而形成钛酸铝固溶体,抑制钛酸铝在低温分解,提高其抗热震性能。
