Method for preparing ternary composite refractory material from aluminum slag
A method for preparing a ternary composite refractory material from aluminum slag belongs to the technical field of solid waste and refractory materials in the aluminum industry, and comprises the following steps: (1) crushing and levigating the aluminum slag to prepare aluminum slag powder, placing the aluminum slag in water, stirring to dissolve water-soluble components in the water, and then filtering to separate filter residues; (2) drying the filter residue to remove moisture, then uniformly mixing the filter residue, magnesium oxide and zirconium dioxide, carrying out ball milling to obtain a particle size of less than or equal to 1 mm, adding polyvinyl alcohol as a binder, and carrying out compression molding under a pressure of 200-300 MPa to obtain a blank; and (3) roasting in an air atmosphere in a high-temperature electric furnace, keeping for 90-120 minutes at the final temperature of 1500-1600 DEG C, and roasting to prepare the ternary composite refractory material. The problem of poor performance of the refractory material prepared from the aluminum slag is effectively solved, the production cost of the refractory material is reduced, and the economic benefits of related industries are improved.
一种铝渣制备三元复合耐火材料的方法,属于铝行业固废与耐火材料技术领域,包括以下步骤:(1)将铝渣破碎磨细制成铝渣粉料,将铝渣置于水中,搅拌使水溶性成分溶于水中,然后过滤分离出滤渣;(2)将滤渣烘干去除水分,然后将滤渣,氧化镁和二氧化锆混合均匀,球磨后粒径≤1mm,添加聚乙烯醇作为粘结剂,在200~300MPa的压力下压制成型,获得坯料;(3)在高温电炉中在空气气氛中焙烧,并在最终温度1500~1600℃下保持90~120min,焙烧制成三元复合耐火材料。有效的解决利用铝渣制备耐火材料性能差问题,降低耐火材料生产成本,提高了相关行业的经济效益。
