Production process of low-temperature sintered foamed ceramic
The invention relates to the field of ceramic production, in particular to a production process of low-temperature sintered foamed ceramic. The process comprises the following steps: step 1, with ceramic clinker, polishing slag, waste glass and high-alumina clay as main materials and silicon carbide as a foaming agent, uniformly mixing the main materials with the foaming agent; step 2, molding theraw materials mixed in the step 1, carrying out high-temperature sintering at a sintering temperature of 1050-1100 DEG C, and conducting cooling to obtain a foamed ceramic blank; and step 3, subjecting a workblank obtained in the step 2 to cutting and polishing to obtain a needed shape. In the step 1, the main materials comprise the following components in parts by weight: 0-85 parts of the ceramic clinker, 0-85 parts of the polishing slag, 10-40 parts of the waste glass, and 5-15 parts of the high-alumina clay. In the step 1, 0.2-3 parts by mass of the foaming agent silicon carbide is used.Compared with the prior art, the process can fully utilize waste materials, is low in energy consumption due to low-temperature sintering, and is beneficial for popularization and application of foamed ceramic products.
本发明涉及陶瓷生产领域,尤其是一种低温烧结发泡陶瓷的生产工艺。此工艺其包括如下步骤:步骤1:使用陶瓷熟料、抛光渣、废玻璃和高铝粘土作为主料,碳化硅作为发泡剂,将主料和发泡剂混合均匀;步骤2:将步骤1混合好的原料成型后进行高温烧结,烧结温度为1050℃—1100℃,冷却后获得发泡陶瓷毛坯;步骤3:对步骤2获得的毛坯进行切割抛磨处理制成需要的形状;步骤1中,主料按总质量100份数计算配比如下:陶瓷熟料:0—85份;抛光渣:0—85份;废玻璃:10—40份;高铝粘土:5‑15份;步骤1中,发泡剂碳化硅按质量份数计算的用量为0.2—3份。和现有技术相比,此工艺可以充分利用废料,低温烧结能耗低,有利于发泡陶瓷产品推广应用。
