Method for firing ceramsite based on modified sludge
The invention provides a method for firing ceramsite based on modified sludge. The method comprises the following specific steps: (1) selecting the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-60% of blast furnace slag, 20-30% of fly ash, 12-17% of quick lime, 2-6% of sodium bicarbonate and 1-2% of gypsum as a modification material; (2) uniformly mixing the raw materials in proportion, andgrinding for 3-5 minutes; (3) selecting the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-85 parts of dewatered sludge and 15-20 parts of the modification material as modified sludge; (4) carrying out mixing granulating; (5) allowing the pellet particles to stand at normal temperature for 1-3 days for modification; and (6) carrying out high-temperature firing. According to the method, industrialbyproducts completely replace clay, unstable factors such as heavy metal dissolution and the like are reduced, a foaming agent does not need to be added additionally, the physical and chemical properties of the sludge are improved to a certain extent after burdening and mixing, the modification process is used for replacing presintering and roasting, the requirement for a raw material storage yardis lowered, and the energy waste in the pre-sintering and roasting processes is reduced.
本发明提供了一种基于改性污泥烧制陶粒的方法,具体步骤如下:(1)改性材料选用原料及其重量百分比含量为:高炉矿渣50~60%、粉煤灰20~30%、生石灰12~17%、碳酸氢钠2~6%,石膏1~2%;(2)将各原料按比例混合均匀后,粉磨3~5min;(3)改性污泥选用原料及其重量份数配比为:脱水污泥80~85份,改性材料15~20份;(4)混合造粒;(5)料球颗粒常温下静置1~3d进行改性;(6)高温烧制;本发明由工业副产品完全代替黏土,减少重金属溶出等不稳定因素产生,且无需另外添加起泡剂,使污泥的物理化学性质通过配料混合后有一定的改进,利用改性过程代替预烧、焙烧,降低对原材料堆场要求,且减少预烧、焙烧过程中的能源浪费。
