The invention provides a sintering method and a sintering device of porous ceramsite, and relates to the technical field of porous ceramsite preparation, the sintering method of the porous ceramsite comprises the following operation steps: S1, raw material preparation; s2, uniformly mixing and clustering; s3, particle forming; and S4, firing. Through driving of a first driving motor, a first circular mounting plate can be controlled to rotate, in the rotating process of the first circular mounting plate, an adjusting push block on the surface of the first circular mounting plate can push the bottom of ceramsite, the effect of turning over the ceramsite at the bottom of a containing groove is achieved, and through driving of a second driving motor, the adjusting push plate can be controlled to rotate; in the rotating process of the adjusting push plate, the ceramsite at the top of the placing groove can be pushed, so that the position of the ceramsite is changed, the position of the ceramsite in the placing groove can be changed all the time in cooperation with turning of the ceramsite at the bottom of the placing groove through rotation of the adjusting push block, all the positions can be evenly heated, and the firing quality can be effectively improved.
本发明提供一种多孔陶粒的烧制方法及烧制装置,涉及多孔陶粒制备技术领域,其中一种多孔陶粒的烧制方法,包括如下操作步骤:S1:原材料准备;S2:混匀成团;S3:颗粒成型;S4:烧制。本发明通过第一驱动电机的驱动,可控制第一圆形安装板转动,第一圆形安装板在转动过程中,其表面的调节推块会对陶粒的底部进行推动,起到对放置槽底部陶粒的翻动作用,通过第二驱动电机的驱动,可控制调节推板转动,调节推板在转动的过程中,会对放置槽顶部的陶粒进行推动,使得陶粒的位置进行变动,配合调节推块转动对放置槽底部陶粒的翻动,可使得放置槽内部陶粒的位置能够一直进行改变,各个位置处都能均匀受热,可有效提高烧制质量。
