The invention discloses a coal grinding aid as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The coal grinding aid disclosed by the invention is mainly applied to a pulverized coal preparationprocess in a cement production process. The cleaning agent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 20-45% of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 10-35% of sodium pyrophosphate, 3-7% of calcium lignosulphonate and the balance of water. The coal grinding aid enters a ball mill together with coal, so that the average particle size of pulverized coal can be obviously reduced after thecoal grinding aid is added, the overall particle size distribution of the pulverized coal is improved, and the grinding efficiency of the ball mill is improved.
本发明公开了一种煤炭助磨剂及其制备方法与应用。本发明所述的煤炭助磨剂主要应用于水泥生产工艺中的煤粉制备过程。它的组分及含量按其质量百分比为：十二烷基苯磺酸钠20‑45%，焦磷酸钠10‑35%，木质素磺酸钙3‑7%，余量为水。本发明所述的煤炭助磨剂随煤炭一同进入球磨机中，加入后能明显降低煤粉平均粒度，改善煤粉的整体粒度分布，提高球磨机的粉磨效率。
