Plate-type ballastless track fine adjustment system
The invention relates to the technical field of railway construction, and provides a plate-type ballastless track fine adjustment system. The system comprises a rack, an elevation adjusting mechanism,a rail direction adjusting mechanism and a bracket mechanism, the rail direction adjusting mechanism comprises a transmission shaft and a driving mechanism, and a connecting piece is arranged at thebottom of the transmission shaft; the bracket mechanism comprises a bracket arranged on the track plate, the two ends of the bracket are in transmission connection with the elevation screws, a rotating shaft is vertically arranged above the bracket, and an adjusting mechanism which is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft and can drive the track plate to move transversely is arrangedin the bracket. According to the plate-type ballastless track fine adjustment system, the rotating shaft and the elevation screw are arranged on the bracket, the structure of the bracket is simplified, vertical rotation of the rotating shaft is converted into transverse movement of the track plate through the adjusting mechanism arranged in the bracket, the structural design is ingenious, and thetrack direction adjusting mechanism is vertically arranged; a complex transverse adjusting mechanism does not need to be arranged on the rack, the transverse size of the rack is effectively reduced, and then the size of the fine adjustment machine is reduced.
