The invention provides a tuned liquid energy dissipation and seismic mitigation pier structure which comprises a hollow pier and a plurality of tuned liquid boxes. A plurality of layers of supportingtables which are arranged up and down are arranged in an inner cavity of the hollow pier; each tuning liquid box is arranged on one layer of supporting table; each tuning liquid box comprises a box body containing tuning liquid and a water baffle module arranged in the tuning liquid. Earthquake energy can be consumed from the interior of the pier, so that pier vibration is reduced, and the earthquake resistance of the pier is improved.
