The invention provides a novel ecological brick and a slope protection structure. The novel ecological brick comprises a brick body, wherein a planting groove is formed in the brick body; a water permeable opening is formed in the bottom of the planting groove; a fixing piece for fixing the brick body is fixedly arranged in the planting groove; one end of the fixing piece extends out of the planting groove; and the part, which is higher than the planting groove, of the fixing piece is inserted in soil. The ecological brick can be mounted and fixed independently, and is not affected by other brick bodies, the integral adaptability of the brick bodies to a bank slope is improved remarkably, and construction is simple and convenient; and meanwhile, owing to the structure of the fixing piece,the integral bank slope is reinforced and replaced, and the integral stability of the bank slope is improved.
本发明提供了一种新型生态砖和护坡结构，包括砖本体，砖本体上设置有种植槽，种植槽上底部设置有透水口，种植槽内固设用于固定该砖本体的固定件，固定件的一端伸出种植槽，固定件高出种植槽的部分插入土体中。本发明所述的生态砖可独立安装、固定，不受其它砖体的影响，显著提高了砖体对岸坡整体适应性，施工简单方便；同时由于固定件结构的存在，对岸坡的整体起到了加筋和置换的作用，增加了岸坡整体的稳定性。
