The invention discloses a treatment method for crack leakage in a transition section of a water intake tunnel of a hydropower station, and relates to the technical field of leakage treatment of waterintake tunnels of hydropower stations. The treatment method comprises the steps that firstly, a hole is drilled to penetrate through a reinforced concrete lining structure, a grouting needle is buried, a grouting pipeline is led out to a water inlet platform, and flat-pressing chemical grouting is carried out; and then cement grout is distributed on the periphery of the lining structure of the transition section of a water inlet to reinforce and reinforce a leakage channel. Good construction conditions are effectively created for subsequent cement reinforcing grouting by adopting flat-pressingchemical grouting; the construction environment is improved through flat-pressing chemical grouting, and the safety risk caused by rising of the reservoir water level in the construction process is effectively avoided; through flat-pressing chemical grouting, the construction time is effectively saved, and the situation that normal production of the power station is affected due to long-term flatpressing of the water intake tunnel is avoided; and cement reinforcing grouting is carried out, the leakage channel is further comprehensively blocked, and a good foundation is laid for long-term safe and stable operation of the water intake tunnel.
