The positions of a sleeve supporting plate and a limiting sleeve are limited through a guiding slide rail, and the position of a guide hole core pipe is limited through the limiting sleeve; jacking pressure is applied to an orifice supporting plate through an orifice position control bag, and an orifice cover plate is arranged at the top of a diaphragm wall orifice; in an area where a special soil layer exists, primary guniting is conducted on the special soil layer througha second mud jacking pipe and a second guniting opening, then jet grouting diaphragm wall construction is conducted through a first guniting opening, and a sealing bag is arranged at the opening position; the insertion direction of a permeation test pipe is limited through a guiding sleeve, downward pressure is applied to a connecting transverse supporting plate and a transverse supporting plate pipe hoop through pipe sinking screw rods, and a closed annular plate is arranged in a pipe cavity of a test outer pipe; and the direction of a water level gauge can be limited through a positioning outer pipe and a gauge sleeve inside the test outer pipe. The construction quality of the high-pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall can be improved, the permeability coefficient test accuracy is improved, and the field construction difficulty is reduced.
