High-pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall construction method
The invention relates to a construction method of a high-pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall. The main construction steps include: 1) construction preparation; (2) a drilling machine is in place; 3) forming pores; 4) boulder blasting; (5) a PVC pipe protection wall is arranged; (6) a high spraying pipe is lowered; (7) guniting and lifting; (8) hole sealing; and (9) moving to the next hole site for circular construction. In the construction method, a hydraulic down-the-hole drill is matched with an eccentric impacter to impact follow-pipe drilling in construction of the high-pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall in the sand gravel layer, an anti-inclination monitoring cylinder is developed to monitor the verticality and position deviation of a drill rod in real time, and drilling accuracy is guaranteed; the PVC pipe is used for replacing cement paste to conduct drilling wall protection, high-pressure water cuts and crushes the PVC pipe when the cement paste is sprayed in the later period, the PVC pipe does not need to be pulled out, a static crushing agent is used for fully crushing large-size boulders, the cement paste is fully mixed with sand gravel and the boulders, and the quality of the high-pressure jet grouting diaphragm wall is improved.
本发明涉及高压旋喷防渗墙施工方法,主要施工步骤包括:1)施工准备;2)钻机就位;3)造孔;4)孤石爆破;5)下PVC管护壁;6)下高喷管;7)喷浆、提升;8)封孔;9)移至下一孔位循环施工。本发明中,砂砾石层中高压旋喷防渗墙施工采用液压潜孔钻机配合偏心式冲击器冲击跟管钻进,研制防倾斜监测筒实时监测钻杆的竖直度及位置偏差,保证钻孔精准;采用PVC管代替水泥浆进行钻孔护壁,后期喷射水泥浆时高压水将PVC管切割破碎,无需拔出PVC管,采用静态破碎剂充分破碎大尺寸孤石,使水泥浆与砂砾石、孤石充分混合,提高高压旋喷防渗墙质量。
