Unilateral prestress supporting pile
The application relates to a unilateral prestress supporting pile. The supporting pile is characterized in that a pile body (5) is a reinforced concrete pile, multiple slope facing surface main reinforcements (7) close to one side of a slope are arranged in a steel sleeve (10) in a penetrating mode and can freely move, the steel sleeve (10) replaces the parts, existing in the steel sleeve (10), ofthe main reinforcements (7), to be connected with stirrups (4), and the tops of the slope facing surface main reinforcements (7) are subjected to prestress tensioning through a post-tensioning methodand are fixed by using anchorage devices (8). According to the supporting pile, due to the prestress effect of the slope facing surface main reinforcements, eccentric axial force can be generated inthe supporting pile, so that bending moment facing slope facing surface soil body is provided, part of bending moment generated by horizontal soil pressure generated by the soil body is counteracted,the purposes of reducing horizontal displacement of a supporting structure, shortening the design length of an anchor rod (cable) or even not arranging the anchor rod (cable) are achieved, the manufacturing cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, and the use safety of the supporting structure is improved; and The supporting pile is particularly suitable for slope and foundation pit engineering in urban building dense areas.
本申请涉及一种单侧预应力支护桩,其桩身(5)为钢筋混凝土桩,靠近坡面一侧的多根迎坡面主筋(7)均穿设在钢套管(10)内并能自由活动,存在钢套管(10)的部分由钢套管(10)代替其内部的主筋与箍筋(4)连接,迎坡面主筋(7)顶部采用后张法进行预应力张拉并使用锚具(8)将其固定。本申请中由于迎坡面主筋的预应力作用,会在支护桩中产生偏心的轴向力,从而提供一个朝向迎坡面土体的弯矩,抵消一部分土体产生的水平向土压力产生的弯矩,达到减少支护结构的水平位移,缩短锚杆(索)设计长度甚至免设锚杆(索)的目的,节约造价,缩短工期,提高支护结构使用期安全的作用。本申请特别适用于位于城市建筑密集区的边坡及基坑工程。
