The invention discloses a ground anchor press-in type open caisson method. The open caisson method comprises the following steps that a pressure-bearing bracket is installed on the wall of an open caisson; a ground anchor is installed; a downward pressing assembly is installed, the downward pressing assembly is installed with the pressure-bearing bracket and the ground anchor, and the downward pressing assembly is configured to enable the open caisson to sink; the open caisson sinks; after the open caisson sinks to a preset elevation, the downward pressing assembly is removed from the pressure-bearing bracket, and a supporting piece is arranged between the pressure-bearing bracket and the ground anchor in a cushioned mode; the open caisson is heightened; and after the open caisson is heightened, the pressure-bearing bracket is removed from the wall of the open caisson, and the supporting piece is moved away. According to the open caisson method, the pressure-bearing bracket abuts against the ground anchor, so that extra supporting force is provided for the open caisson in the process of heightening the open caisson, the stability coefficient of the open caisson in the heightening process is improved, the risk of sudden sinking of the open caisson when the geology is soft is avoided, meanwhile, the segmentation frequency of the open caisson can be reduced, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction cost is reduced.
