The invention discloses a construction method of a press-in type open caisson, which comprises the following steps: mounting pressure-bearing brackets on the outer wall of the open caisson, taking two pressure-bearing brackets which are parallel to each other and are arranged at an interval as a group of pressure-bearing brackets, and uniformly arranging a plurality of groups of pressure-bearing brackets around the circumference of the open caisson; mounting a ground anchor; an adapter plate is welded to the lower portion of the pressure-bearing jack, a strip-shaped through groove matched with the position of a lower connecting point of the pressure-bearing jack is formed in the middle of the adapter plate, the adapter plate is arranged on the pressure-bearing brackets so that the strip-shaped through groove can be aligned with the gap between the two pressure-bearing brackets, and the adapter plate and the pressure-bearing brackets are fully welded; the steel strand is connected with the ground anchor and the lower connecting point of the pressure-bearing jack; all the pressure-bearing jacks are synchronously started to enable the open caisson to synchronously sink; and after the open caisson sinks to the preset elevation, the steel strand, the pressure-bearing jack, the adapter plate and the pressure-bearing bracket are sequentially dismantled. According to the method, the sinking speed of the open caisson can be increased, the sinking stability is improved, the construction efficiency and the construction safety are improved, and the application prospect is good.
本发明公开了一种压入式沉井的施工方法,步骤:在沉井的外壁上安装承压牛腿,以相互平行且间距排列的两根承压牛腿作为一组承压牛腿,多组承压牛腿组围绕沉井圆周均匀布置;安装地锚;在承压千斤顶的下方焊接转接板,转接板的中部开有一与承压千斤顶下连接点位置匹配的条形通槽,将转接板布置在承压牛腿上使得条形通槽与两承压牛腿之间的间隙对齐,将转接板与承压牛腿满焊;将钢绞线分别与地锚、承压千斤顶下连接点连接;同步启动所有的承压千斤顶使得沉井同步下沉;沉井下沉至预设标高后,依次拆除钢绞线、承压千斤顶、转接板及承压牛腿。本发明的方法,不仅能提高沉井的下沉速度,而且增加下沉稳定性,提高了施工效率及施工安全性,应用前景好。
