Rectangular crushing device for continuous wall
The invention discloses a rectangular crushing device for a continuous wall. The rectangular crushing device replaces a rotary cutting wheel on an original milling machine, traditional rotary rock cutting is changed into impact crushing of rock, the working mode is changed, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the construction cost is reduced. Meanwhile, according to the rectangular crushing device, a plurality of groups of combined impact hammer units form a rectangular crushing head, and the rectangular crushing head is fixed on a movable frame; the movable frame is installedin a lower square frame of the steel frame in a sliding mode and pushed by a hydraulic oil cylinder. During work, the oil cylinder pushes the movable frame to reciprocate left and right to drive therectangular crushing head to work, and meanwhile, the impact hammer units in the rectangular crushing head hit a rock stratum to achieve efficient rock stratum crushing, and the requirements of a construction grooving process are also met.
本发明公开了连续墙矩形破碎装置，本装置替代原来铣削机上的旋转切削轮，由传统的旋转切削岩石改成冲击破碎岩石，这种工作方式的改变大大增加了施工效率，降低了施工成本。同时本装置以多组组合冲击锤单元组成的矩形破碎头，矩形破碎头固定在移动架上；移动架滑动安装在钢制框架的下部方框里，由液压油缸推动。工作时，油缸推动移动架左右往复移动，带动矩形破碎头工作，同时矩形破碎头中的冲击锤单元打击岩层以实现高效破碎岩层。同时也满足了施工成槽工艺要求。
