The construction method consists of a plurality of assembly components, annular structures are formed, and the plurality of layers of annular structures are stacked to form a cylindrical structure; the assembly components comprise plate bodies with sector-shaped horizontal cross sections, a plurality of penetrating holes are formed in the plate bodies in a penetrating mode, and open first through grooves and second through grooves are formed in the two sides of the plate bodies; the two assembling components are combined, and the adjacent first through grooves and second through grooves form through holes the same as the penetrating holes in structure; and concave tables are arranged at the edges of the penetrating holes in the lower bottom faces of the plate bodies, the first through grooves and the second through grooves, protrusions are arranged at the edges of thepenetrating holes in the upper top faces of the plate bodies, the first through grooves and the second through grooves, the concave tables of the plate bodies at the upper layer are clamped into the protrusions of the plate bodies at the lower layer, and communication grooves which are opened upwards are formed among the penetrating holes in the upper top faces of the plate bodies, the first through grooves and the second through grooves. According to the construction method of the integrated assembled deep tunnel storage regulation pump station, the pre-burying work of rapid solidification ofloose soil is achieved, and the structural strength of concrete is high.
本发明涉及置一种一体化装配式深隧调蓄泵站的施工方法,由多组装配组件组成,并形成环状结构,多层环状结构堆摞形成筒状结构,装配组件包括:水平横街面设为扇面形的板体,板体上贯穿设有多个穿孔,板体两侧设有开放的第一通槽、第二通槽,两组装配组件相结合,相邻的第一通槽、第二通槽组成与穿孔结构相同的通孔,板体下底面的穿孔、第一通槽、第二通槽边缘处设置有凹台,板体上顶面的穿孔、第一通槽、第二通槽边缘处设置有凸起,上层板体的凹台卡入下层板体的凸起,板体上顶面的穿孔、第一通槽、第二通槽之间设置有向上开放的连通槽。本发明的一种一体化装配式深隧调蓄泵站的施工方法,解决了松散土质快速固化的预埋工作,混凝土结构强度高。
