The invention discloses a space-saving pump station regulation and storage integrated facility structure and a construction method. A pump station and a regulation and storage facility are arranged underground; during construction, the regulation and storage facility is a prefabricated assembled vertical shaft type regulation and storage facility and comprises a vertical shaft temporary section and a vertical shaft permanent section; the vertical shaft temporary section is a part of the pump station part; the upper end of the vertical shaft permanent section is connected with the pump station part. The process comprises the steps that 1, the regulation and storage facility sinks, bottom sealing concrete is poured, and a reservoir bottom plate is constructed; 2, pump station fender posts of the pump station part are constructed, a horizontal support is erected, and a foundation pit is excavated; 3, pouring a cushion layer and a pump station main body structure of the pump station part; and 4, constructing a reservoir in the regulation and storage facility and an internal structure of a pump station part. According to the method, pump station and regulation and storage facility construction which is small in occupied space, fast in construction and low in influence is achieved, the waterlogging problem is solved, pump station and regulation and storage facility pile foundation construction can be reduced, and the city is further promoted to develop in the intensive, internal culvert, green and low-carbon direction.
本发明公开了空间节约型泵站调蓄一体化设施结构及施工方法,地下设有泵站和调蓄设施;在施工时,调蓄设施为预制拼装式竖井型调蓄设施,包括竖井临时区段和竖井永久区段;竖井临时区段为泵站部分的一部分;竖井永久区段的上端与泵站部分连接。过程为:1、将调蓄设施下沉,并浇筑封底混凝土,施工蓄水池底板;2、施工泵站部分的泵站围护桩,架设水平支撑、开挖基坑;3、浇筑垫层和泵站部分的泵站主体结构;4、施工调蓄设施内的蓄水池,以及泵站部分的内部结构。本发明在实现少占地、快施工、低影响的泵站及调蓄设施建设,解决内涝问题外,还能减少泵站、调蓄设施桩基施工,进一步推动城市向集约型、内涵式、绿色低碳方向发展。
