Damp-proof composite wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a damp-proof composite wallboard and a preparation method thereof. The composite wallboard comprises a first damp-proof plate, a first bonding layer, a base plate, a second bonding layer and a second damp-proof plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein the first damp-proof plate is bonded to the upper surface of the base plate through the first bonding layer, and the second damp-proof plate is bonded to the lower surface of the base plate through the second bonding layer; a plurality of first filling grooves are formed in the face, close to the base plate, of the first damp-proof plate at equal intervals, and the first filling grooves are filled with damp-proof agents; and areas beside the first filling grooves and an area between every two first filling grooves serve as first bonding areas, and the first bonding areas are coated with the first bonding layer. According to the damp-proof composite wallboard, the damp-proof plates are arranged, and the spaces between the damp-proof plates and the base plate are directly filled with the damp-proof agents, so that the damp-proof effect of the composite wallboard is very efficient, and theproblem of stress concentration deformation of the composite wallboard due to the fact that the damp-proof agents are directly doped into ingredients of the composite wallboard can be avoided.
本发明提供一种防潮的复合墙板及其制备方法,所述复合墙板包括从上至下依次设置的第一防潮板、第一粘结层、基板、第二粘结层和第二防潮板,第一防潮板通过第一粘结层粘结在基板的上表面,第二防潮板通过第二粘结层粘结在基板的下表面,第一防潮板贴近所述基板的面上等间距间隔设有若干条第一填充槽,第一填充槽内填充有防潮剂,第一填充槽旁边及两条第一填充槽之间的区域均为第一粘结区,第一粘结层涂覆在第一粘结区上。本发明的防潮的复合墙板通过设置所述防潮板,并在所述防潮板与基板之间直接填充防潮剂,使得复合墙板的防潮效果非常高效,还能够避免直接在复合墙板配料中掺入防潮剂导致复合墙板发生应力集中变形的问题。
