Preparation method of damp-proof and anti-halogen light wallboard
The invention discloses a preparation method of a damp-proof and anti-halogen light wallboard. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing polyvinylidene fluoride, N-methylpyrrolidone and water, continuously stirring to obtain a transparent solution, adding ammonia water into the transparent solution, and uniformly stirring to obtain a coating liquid; uniformly coating one surface of a light partition board with the coating liquid, then spraying or smearing an aqueous solution containing a phase transfer catalyst on the light partition board, carrying out a phase inversionreaction, and after the reaction, uniformly paving modified glass beads on the light partition board; and applying the coating liquidagain to enable the modified glass beads to be coated in the coating liquid and are uniformly distributed on the surface of the coating liquid, spraying or smearing the aqueous solution containing a phase transfer catalyst on the surface of the light partition boardagain, carrying out a phase inversion reaction, carrying out hot pressing after the reaction, and carrying out natural cooling after hot pressing is finished, so as to obtain the damp-proof and anti-halogen light wallboard. The light partition board prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has relatively strong mechanical properties under the condition of relatively low weight. In addition, the board has excellent damp-proof and anti-halogen performance.
本发明公开了一种防潮抗反卤轻质墙板的制备方法,将聚偏氟乙烯、N‑甲基吡咯烷酮、水混合,持续搅拌,得到透明溶液,往其中加入氨水,并搅拌均匀,得到涂覆液;将所述的涂覆液均匀地涂覆在轻质隔墙板的一面,然后向其喷洒或涂抹含有相转移催化剂的水溶液,发生相转化反应,反应后,在轻质隔墙板上均匀铺设改性玻璃微珠;将所述的涂覆液,再次涂覆,使得改性玻璃微珠包覆在其中,并且在表面均匀分布,再次向其喷洒或涂抹含有相转移催化剂的水溶液,发生相转化反应,反应后,进行热压,热压结束后,自然冷却,即得。本发明所述方法制备得到轻质隔墙板,在质量较轻的条件下,兼顾较强的力学性能。此外,具有优秀的防潮抗反卤性能。
