Formwork support and installation method thereof
The invention relates to a formwork support and an installation method thereof. The formwork support comprises a first formwork support set which is connected between a bottom plate and a middle plate, a second formwork support set which is connected between the middle plate and a top plate, and a side wall formwork support set which is used for supporting side walls arranged at the ends of the bottom plate, the middle plate and the top plate, wherein the bottom plate, the middle plate and the top plate are arranged in the basically horizontal direction, the side walls are arranged in the basically vertical direction, and the distances between formwork supports in the first formwork support set are different from the distances between formwork supports in the second formwork support set. According to the positions of different formworks and different requirements for strength and rigidity corresponding to different positions, different distances between the formwork supports are set, so that the rigidity and stability of the long-span and large-height formwork support are enhanced without conducting encryption setting on all the formwork supports, erection of the formwork support is simplified, and the construction cost is reduced.
本发明涉及一种支模架及其安装方法,支模架包括:第一支模架组,连接在底板与中板之间;第二支模架组,连接在中板与顶板之间;侧墙支模架组,用于支撑设置在所述底板、中板和顶板端部的侧墙;其中,所述底板、中板和顶板沿基本水平方向设置,所述侧墙沿基本竖直方向设置,所述第一支模架组中各支模架的间距与所述第二支模架组中各支模架的间距均不相同。通过根据不同模板的位置以及不同位置对应的强度和刚度要求不同,设置支模架的不同间距,从而不需要对所有支模架都进行加密设置来增强长跨度和大高度支模架的刚度和稳定性,简化了支模架的搭设和降低了施工成本。
