Thus, the safety of the outer scaffold is guaranteed through the arrangement of the lateral movement prevention positioning piece and the wall connecting rod piece; and the outer scaffoldis erected on the top face of the concrete cantilever component, the complex construction method of reserving a hole sleeve, backfilling hard fertilizer groove earthwork or selecting a cantilever I-steel outer scaffold in the prior art is avoided, the method is similar to construction of a landing outer scaffold, erecting is easy, the construction time is effectively shortened, and the construction cost is reduced.
