The high-rise building construction unloading device comprises the unloading platform, wherein the unloading platform comprises a bottom plate of a cuboid structure, side fencesvertically arranged on the two sides of the length direction of the bottom plate and a front fence vertically arranged at the front end of the bottom plate; an anti-falling device comprises a first protective fence and a second protective fence which is connected with the first protective fence and is obliquely arranged; the first protective fence comprises a plurality of protective rods which are parallel to one another and protective nets arranged between the adjacent protective rods; a supporting plate used for supporting the first protective fence to tend to be in a horizontal state is arranged on the sides, away from each other, of the two side fences in the length direction; a cross rod is arranged above the supporting plate; and one end of each protective rod is fixedly connected with the second protective fence, and the other end of each protective rod is rotationally connected with the cross rod. According to the high-rise building construction unloading device, the safety ofworkers during transfer operation on the unloading platform is improved.
